A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. For reservations of 10 nights and more, the deposit can be paid in two installments, the first one within 24 hours of booking, the second one at least 90 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refundable, less a $100.00 cancellation fee if your cancellation is received 90 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation are free of charge. For cancellations received inside the 90-day cancellation period, the deposit is non-refundable. Carimar Beach Club is a small property and late cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we strictly maintain this policy. We understand that the unexpected can happen, so we strongly recommend travel insurance or consider Carimar’s Cancellation Fee Waiver (details under Cancellation Fee Waiver).
Special conditions apply for the festive season (between December 25th and January 2nd): A six nights non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings for up to 10 nights; for bookings of 11 nights and more, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Minimum stay between Christmas/New Year is 10 nights
