On July 1st, 2021, our island opened its borders for fully vaccinated visitors – You can enjoy free movement in Anguilla with NO quarantine – All of Carimar Beach Club’s staff members are vaccinated providing a safe way to enjoy your best vacation ever in Anguilla in these coming months!

Visitors with evidence of full COVID-19 vaccination (Moderna, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, or Johnson& Johnson) will not be required to quarantine on arrival if the final vaccine dose is administered at least 21 days before your date of arrival.

You still must apply to visit Anguilla online and a negative Covid-19 Test will be required. The test needs to be done 2 to 5 days prior to arrival (Antigen test not more than 48 hours prior to arrival).

You also will be tested on arrival, and you must stay on the property (you can sit on the beach and swim) until you receive the negative test results (usually comes within 24 hours after the test was done). After receiving your negative test result, you will be able to move around Anguilla freely without restrictions, including renting a car. You still must follow the local Covid-19 protocols such as wearing a mask indoors and if you cannot keep the required 6 feet social distancing.

If you stay 8 nights or more, you might be required to undertake a day four test (no additional cost - it was not requested of any guests in the past weeks). However, If this should be the case, there is no waiting time or restrictions until you receive the result of this test. Visitors to Anguilla must apply online and will be asked to pay a fee of US$ 50.00 per person, which including on-arrival testing.

Since November 2021, Anguilla also received the Pfizer vaccine and started vaccinating children age 12 and older. The goal is to have at least 70% of the island fully vaccinated. All of our employees are already fully vaccinated. At the same time, there will be some booster shots offered to those who are already vaccinated.

We at Carimar will keep certain safety protocols in place to ensure that our guests have a safe and enjoyable Anguillan experience without restrictions.
