The six two-story buildings are spread across the beachfront property in a U-shape, opening toward Meads Bay. Our courtyard is landscaped with lush tropical gardens, perfect for relaxing. Enjoy beach views from your large outdoor balcony or terrace.

Carimar Beach Club’s villas on Meads Bay combine the privacy and space of a villa with the amenities of a hotel such as daily housekeeping and personalized concierge service. Located beachfront on spectacular Meads Bay Beach in Anguilla, Carimar’s villas offer unique, comfortably appointed interiors and amenities.

These spacious fully air-conditioned one or two-bedroom beachfront or beach view villas feature all the comforts of home: fully-equipped modern kitchens with granite counters; a living room and master bedroom with flat-screen smart-TVs; newly renovated bathrooms; a dining area accommodating six people; and your own garden patio or veranda for al-fresco dining or sunset cocktails.

All villas offer either one-bedroom/one-bathroom (785 sf) or two-bedroom/two-bathroom (1100 sf). Please note that if you book a one-bedroom villa, the second bedroom and bathroom will remain closed. The second bath may be added to your one-bedroom accommodation for $25.00 US per day.
